Covenant Coast AI, LLC ("Covenant Coast AI," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, whether you're visiting our website, inquiring about our services, or a business customer using our AI employee platform.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to: (a) visitors to covenantcoastai.com; (b) prospective and current business customers ("Customers") who engage our services; and (c) individuals who interact with a Customer's AI phone or chat agent powered by our platform ("End Users" or "Data Subjects"), to the extent described in Section 5.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or sign a Service Order Form, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and website.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information. Like most websites, covenantcoastai.com may use cookies and similar technologies to collect standard analytics information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website, in order to understand site usage and improve our services.

2.3 Information From Your Use of the Services. If you are a Customer, we (and our underlying technology providers) process data related to your AI agent's operation, including configuration details, usage volume, and account information necessary to deliver and bill for the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to inquiries and provide requested demos or information; (b) set up, deliver, and support the Services for Customers; (c) process billing and manage the Customer relationship; (d) improve our website and services; and (e) comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar tools (such as standard web analytics services) to understand how visitors use the site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

5. End User / Data Subject Data (AI Agent Interactions)

When a Customer uses our platform, their own customers, patients, or clients ("End Users") may interact with the Customer's AI phone or chat agent. In that context:

(a) The Customer is the party responsible for the collection and use of End User data through their AI agent, including obtaining any required consents (see our Terms and Conditions); (b) Covenant Coast AI and its underlying technology providers process End User interaction data (such as call recordings, transcripts, or chat logs) solely to provide, support, and improve the Services on the Customer's behalf; (c) We do not use End User data collected through a Customer's AI agent for our own independent marketing purposes.

If you are an End User with questions about how your data was handled through a specific business's AI agent, please contact that business directly, as they control that relationship.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with: (a) Service providers and technology partners who help us operate our website and deliver the Services (including the underlying AI platform technology that powers our white-labeled solution); (b) Professional advisors such as accountants or attorneys, as needed; (c) Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights; and (d) A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Customer account information is generally retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping purposes.

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Note that some information may be retained where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
